Adolescence Support

We can take on your day-to-day Staffing needs, 24/7, by providing staff specialized in the areas of Child and Youth Work (CYW), Developmental Service Work (DSW), and Social Service Work(SSW). Our staff provides support in a therapeutic manner in the areas of:

Intellectually Challenged
Behavioral challenges
Dual Diagnosis
Autism Spectrum Disorder
OCD, ODD, Conduct Disorder
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS/FAE)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Services offered

Respite In-Home therapeutic support to the Family that will meet the needs of the Clients. Develop and implement programs that assist the client in achieving their goals
Medical support will be available to transition clients to and from appointments and hospitalization. Staff will be available 24/7 to ensure that the Client is supported during these times.
Community Living will be implemented and the structure of the program including organizing activities. Documentation will be completed daily and the Client's information updated with complete transparency with the team that supports the client
School behavioral support is available to assist with behavioral issues, skill development, and foster and role model appropriate learning behaviors, Client will receive 1:1 support
Foster Home Staff will work closely with the clinical team to ensure the continuum of services per guidelines.

All our Independent Contractors require:

A valid CPR and First Aid
A valid Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification or valid Safe Management Group certification (SMG)
A valid Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviour (UMAB)
Must be flexible and adapt to various resident rules and respect cultural sensitivities
Possession of at least one Certificate/Degree in, Developmental Services Worker (DSW), Child and Youth Worker (CYW), and/or Social Service Worker (SSW)
A registered Sole Proprietor business name/number
A valid driver's license with an insurable vehicle
A Police record check
